ASSEMBLY
The electric coil is designed for male connection with a round duct of the same nominal diameter, which must completely
embrace the neck of the heater until it can go no further. When installing the heater, make sure that the electrical connection
box is placed in a favourable position, providing easy access to the inside of the box. The heater must be installed in such a
way that the connecting pipes are at least twice as long as its diameter on both sides (unless the heater is installed at the
start or end of the piping). The heater must not be insulated so that it can be easily checked, serviced or replaced. The heater
must not be insulated by any insulating material. Any flammable objects must be placed at least 200mm away from the air
inlet and 600mm from the hot air outlet. If the heater is installed at the end of the pipe, the hole must be protected with a
grill or another safety device to prevent contact with the heating elements.
Le resistenze elettriche devono rispettare il flusso d’aria affinchè il fluido entri a contatto prima con lo stelo della
sonda del termostato e successivamente con la parte riscaldante. Il flusso corretto è indicato sulla scatola elettrica
o comunque sia è possibile visionare il posizionamento dello stelo del termostato internamente al canale della
resistenza (lo stelo deve restare vicino all’attacco circolare di ingresso aria).
Le resistenze elettriche possono essere posizionate sia orizzontalmente che verticalmente. In caso di montaggio
orizzontale (passaggio dell’aria in piano) deve essere rispettato il seguente orientamento della scatola elettrica, per
consentire la corretta attivazione dei termostati di sicurezza.

The heating elements must respect the air flow so that the fluid comes into contact with the stem of the thermostat probe
first and then with the heating part. The correct flow is indicated on the electrical box or, in any case, the position of the
stem of the thermostat can be seen inside the heating element duct (the stem must remain near the round air inlet coupler).
The heating elements can be positioned both horizontally and vertically. In the case of horizontal assembly (flat air passage),
the following orientation of the electrical box must be respected, to allow for the correct activation of the safety thermostats.
MONTAGGIO
La batteria elettrica è predisposta per il collegamento maschio con un canale circolare dello stesso diametro nominale, il
quale deve abbracciare completamente il collo del riscaldatore fino ad arrivare in battuta. Eseguendo l’installazione del
riscaldatore, assicurarsi che la scatola di connessione elettrica venga collocata in una posizione favorevole, fornendo
un facile accesso all’interno della scatola. Il riscaldatore deve essere installato in modo che i tubi di collegamento
siano di una lunghezza almeno 2 volte superiore al suo diametro da entrambi i lati (tranne nel caso che il riscaldatore
sia installato all’inizio o alla fine della tubazione). Il riscaldatore non deve essere isolato in modo che possa essere
controllato, manutentato o sostituito facilmente. Il riscaldatore non deve essere isolato da qualsiasi materiale isolante.
Eventuali oggetti infiammabili devono essere posizionati ad una stanza di almeno 200mm dall’ingresso dell’aria e
600mm dall’uscita dell’aria calda. Se il riscaldatore viene installato all’estremità del tubo, il foro deve essere protetto con
una griglia o con altro dispositivo di sicurezza in grado di prevenire il contatto con le resistenze.
