9. Prick pieces of meat using the fondue forks and dip them in the oil.

Notes : Cooking takes 1 to 2 minutes depending on the size of the pieces of

meat.
The smaller the pieces of meat or other food, the more they will cook
quickly.

10.

Dry the food beforehand using a cloth or paper towel.

11.

Adjust the temperature of the appliance so that the oil simmers always

slightly.

WARNING :
Gently introduce the food into the oil.
The container in which you fry is open, so it's impossible to totally avoid oil
splashes.
Never put the cooking fork in your mouth, it becomes very hot after passing
through the oil and there is a risk of serious burns.

CHEESE FONDUE

• Put the desired quantity of cheese in the fondue pot.
• Place the thermostat on "MAX" position by turning it clockwise.
• Stir continuously with a wooden spoon to melt the cheese. Add wine and
kirch. Continue turning until it is completely melted.

Note : This process takes several minutes depending on the amount of cheese.

• When the cheese is completely melted, set the thermostat to a lower
temperature to prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Note : Check as much, using a wooden spoon, that the cheese does not

don't hang on the bottom of the pot,

• Mix from time to time and reduce the temperature if necessary.
• Hang a piece of bread, previously cut into cubes, at the end of a fork and dip
it in the cheese. Turn the fork a little and quickly bring it out with cheese on the
bread.
Place the piece of bread + cheese on your plate and let it cool for a few
moments before tasting

After use

To turn the unit off, turn the thermostat counter-clockwise (to the left to the stop
point,) then disconnect the power cable.
Allow the frying oil to cool for a long time.
Check that the temperature is safe before moving the oil filled unit.
