FIRST USE 

 
Before first use, remove the unit and all accessories carefully and paying attention 
to the sharp accessories. 
Clean with soap and water, bowls and all accessories. Rinse and dry thoroughly. 
Clean outside and inside of the machine cabinet with a damp cloth and wipe dry. 

 

ASSEMBLY 

 

• Place

 the motor base on a flat surface, such as a kitchen countertop, and make 

sure the appliance is stable. 

• Place the strainer holder on the motor base so that the spout fits into the slot on 

the side of the motor base. 

• Assemble the stainless

-steel strainer (filter) and the grinder. 

Note: Be careful not to touch the sharp and aggressive parts in the bottom of the 
strainer. 

• Insert the assembly into the strainer holder and turn so that it is correctly 

positioned, so that the gear shaft is engaged in the holder. 

• Make sure the block turns evenly.

 

• Place the top part on the assembly and turn clockwise until the arrows are in 

alignment. 

• Place a glass, bowl or other suitable container under the spout.

 

• Place a suitable container under the pulp collector.

 

• 

The device is ready for use. 

Tip : Clean the unit immediately to prevent residue from sticking to the filter. See 
cleaning.
