FIRST USE
Before first use, remove the device and all accessories.
Clean the apparatus according to the instructions in "Cleaning and maintenance"
paragraph.

When you turn on the device, after filling with water, the tank can produce a
pumping sound. It's normal ; the sound tells you that water is pumped into the
tank to be turned into steam.
Remove any sticker or protective sheet from the soleplate and clean it with a soft
cloth.
Place the appliance on a stable and horizontal surface, it means on an ironing
board or on a table.
