Transmission of all digital audio and video

Both HDMI interfaces of the HD-Vision
enable respectively a data flow rate of up to
5 Gbit/s and consequently provide for
optimal picture and sound play back.

Common interface (Ci)
Your HD-Vision is prepared for Pay TV and
Pay radio broadcasts by means of the CI
interface. For example, experience live games
of the German Federal Football League
or special interest programs of the most
different Pay-TV providers directly and without
additional decoders on your HD-Vision.
The CI interface also guarantees that your HD-
Vision is ready for new decoding systems and
compression standards in the future.
Smartcard-reader
The smartcard-reader together with the
appropriate smartcard, enables you to
decode TV and radio programs, which are
broadcast encoded in CONAX. You can
therefore receive for example the radio
special interest channels of the TechniSat
Radio Bouquet, the audio book channels
from RADIOROPA or the TV programs of the
Eutelsat Cable Kiosk without additional
decoder on your HD-Vision.
