Identify bottom block of the main structure and
insert it beneath the rear block of the medical
structure.
6.
Align the screws with the holes from the main
structure.
7.
Install the two (2) Black Oxide Stainless Steel Flat
Head Philips Screws 10-32 x 1/2" on the bottom
support block. (Tightening will be at the end).
NOTE
Put a few drops of medium strength thread-locking
adhesive (blue Loctite 242) on each screw before
installation to prevent the screws from loosening
during normal use.

Tighten the Two (2) screws.
CAUTION

Do not use electrical tools to install.

Do not overtighten the screws.

The CareFusion Bird Oxygen Blender is ready for
transport once properly inserted into its bracket
and the stretcher mounting system.
