Dehumidification
The air humidity is now slowly rising
to 63%: there is no action. Only when the value rises
above the desired humidity level ("set") plus the hysteresis
(2%), the dehumidifier will be switched on. That is above
60% + 3% = 63%. The dehumidifier switches on and the
red "dehumidify" light comes on. Now, the air humidity
drops. If the value drops below 60%, the dehumidifier is
switched off again. The red "dehumidify" light goes off.
8. Control and set-up
All settings are made with the Push-and-Turn-Knob
(from now on: PTK). By pressing the knob an arrow
appears on the left side of the display, allowing you to
select the desired option.
During start-up the TechGrow Humi Dual Pro displays
the next screen:
After a few seconds the
main screen
appears:
The main screen displays all RH data:
Line 1: actual RH level.
Line 2: RH setpoint.
Line 3: RH hysteresis.
Line 4: RH Min/Max values.
8.1 Temperature values
You are in the main screen. Press the PTK. You enter the
next screen, which displays the actual values of
temperature, RH, and CO
2
:
Select “TMP”
and press the PTK.
You enter the next screen:
The minimum and maximum temperature values are
displayed.
Select “Reset Min/Max”
and press the PTK to reset.
Select << BACK << and press the PTK to return to the
main menu.
8.2 Adjust RH setpoint
You are in the main screen.
Press the PTK and select
“RH”.
Press the PTK to enter the next screen:
Select “RH set”
and press the PTK.
Adjust setpoint by turning the PTK.
Press the PTK to confirm.
