Operation:
1.
Press
ON/OFF
key
to
turn
on
the
scale:
‐
The
scale
will
display
from
“0000000”
to
“9999999”,
the
voltage,
then
“0.0g”.
Please
warm
up
the
scale
for
at
least
15
minutes
in
order
to
weigh
more
accurately.
2.
Overload:
‐
If
the
weight
of
the
samples
exceeds
+9
digits
after
a
1kg
reading
than
full
capacity,
the
scale
will
show
overload
indication
“HHHHH”.
Please
remove
some
samples.
3.
Tare:
‐
Press
TARE
key,
to
zero
the
scales.
4.
Counting
Function:
‐
Place
a
select
quantity
of
samples
i.e.
10,
20,
etc.
onto
the
plate,
then
press
PCS
key
for
it
to
go
into
counting
mode.
‐
Press
PCS
key
and
select
the
sample
proportion
(10,
20,
30,…,100)
units.
‐
Press
ON/OFF
key
to
confirm.
Put
samples
onto
the
plate.
The
scale
displays
the
counting
result.
Press
MODE
key
to
quit
the
counting
mode.
NOTE:
To
change
weighing
units,
after
the
counting
function
has
been
used,
the
scales
must
be
turned
off
and
back
on
to
reset
the
units
function.
Calibration:
‐
Press
MODE
key
for
4
seconds
to
go
into
calibration
mode.
The
display
will
flash.
‐
Put
a
weight
on
the
scale
according
to
the
capacity
shown,
i.e.
500g.
The
unit
will
display
PASS,
and
the
calibration
is
done.
Other
Important
Information:
‐
Please
operate
the
machine
according
to
the
technical
specifications.
‐
Use
the
bubble
indicator
to
ensure
scales
are
level.
‐
Only
use
the
scales
on
a
clean
and
stable
platform.
Make
sure
the
environment
is
without
shock,
wind,
radiation,
and
magnetic
field.
‐
If
the
machine
display
is
not
stable,
please
check
the
weighing
plate
is
inserted
properly
into
the
scale,
and
make
sure
there
are
no
obstructions.
