Installing the 4" Round Canopy
Turn the power to the electrical box off.
In accordance with local electrical codes, connect the
transformer green wire to the ground.
Connect the 120 volt white transformer wire to the
neutral power line wire with a wire nut.
Connect the 120 volt black transformer wire to the hot
power line wire with a wire nut.
Place the transformer and all the wires inside the
electrical box. Use the adhesive pad to secure the
transformer in the electrical box.
Mount the 4" round canopy to the electrical box with
the two long #8-32 screws.
NOTE:
Use the provided universal round crossbar
when the canopy holes do not line up with the
electrical box holes.

Installing the Rectangular Canopy
120 VOLT
POWER WIRES

Connect the 120 volt black transformer wire to the hot
power line wire with a wire nut.
Place the transformer and all the wires inside the
electrical box. Use the adhesive pad to secure the
transformer in the electrical box.
Mount the rectangular canopy to the electrical box with
the two #6-32 screws.
