
Description
The EU-R-9s Plus room regulator is intended to be installed in heating
zones. Its main task is to maintain the pre-set room/floor temperature by
sending a signal to the heating device or the external controller managing
the actuators, when the room/floor temperature is too low. When such a
signal is received, the heating device opens the flow in the thermostatic
valve.

The device is controlled with the use of touch
buttons:
EXIT, MENU.
1. Display
2. EXIT –
in the menu, the button is used to return to the main screen
view. In the main screen view, press this button to display the room
temperature value, the floor temperature value and the air humidity
value.

– in the main screen view, press this button to decrease the pre-
set room temperature. In the menu, use this button to adjust the button
lock function.
4.
– in the main screen view, press this button to increase the pre-
set room temperature. In the menu, use this button to adjust the button
lock function.
5. MENU
– press this button to start editing the button lock function.
Hold this button to enter the menu. Then, press the button to navigate
around functions.
How to install the controller
The controller should be installed by a qualified person.
The wire connection is illustrated below:
The EU-R-9s Plus regulator can be mounted on the wall. In order to do
it, put the rear part of the controller into the flush-mounting box in the
wall. Next, insert the regulator and twist it slightly.
How to register a room regulator in a exact
zone
In order to register the EU-R-9s Plus
regulator in a given zone, go to the EU-
L-9/EU-L-9r controller menu and select
Registration in the submenu of a given
zone (Menu > Zones > Zone 1-8 > Type
of sensor / Wired RS). Next, press and
hold the registration button for about 2
seconds.
If the registration process has been
completed successfully, the EU-L-9/
EU-L-9r controller screen displays
an appropriate message to confirm
whereas the room sensor screen
displays Suc. If the room sensor
displays Err, it means that an error has
occurred during the registration process.
NOTE
•
Only one room regulator can be assigned to each zone.
•
If the
Una
message appears (despite correct device registration),
wait for about 4 minutes or force communication again by holding
the registration button for about 2 seconds until the program
version is displayed.

1. Current room / floor temperature (if the floor sensor has been

5. Pre-set temperature
6. Room temperature icon (if the humidity value is displayed, the
humidity icon appears)
How to change the pre-set temperature
The pre-set temperature may be adjusted directly from the EU-R-9s Plus
regulator with the use of the buttons:

When the device is idle, the screen displays current zone temperature.
Press

to change the pre-set temperature value - the digits
start flashing.
Menu functions
Press and hold the MENU button to display the regulator functions:
CAL
- the screen displays the current value of the built-in sensor
calibration. The calibration is performed in the main controller and it is
necessary when the room temperature measured by the sensor differs
from the actual temperature.
CAL
- the screen displays current value of the floor sensor calibration.
VER 10
0
- software version - the software version number is necessary
when contacting the service staff.
Button lock - in order to activate the lock, press MENU and select ON
with the use of buttons
. In order to unlock the buttons, press
and hold the buttons
for about 3 seconds. In order to deactivate
the lock altogether, go to the MENU and select OFF.
