Refilling Barcode Labels
Note: To open the printer drawer, click

No more Barcode Labels
1.
If no more Barcode Labels are available, the Error Mes-

Open Printer Drawer.

Open the roller lock mechanisms

and loosen the brack-
et screw holding the Barcode Label Roll in place

4.
Remove the Bracket.
5.
Remove the Label Waste Roll

and the empty Barcode
Label Roll

Place new Barcode Label Roll

, in the proper unroll ori-
entation, in the label section. Replace the label roll bracket
and tighten the screw
o
.
7.
Insert the Barcode Label strip into the roller guides, follow-
ing the arrows. If the label has torn and needs to be re-
threaded, remove the labels from the first 60 cm /
24 inches of the strip.
8.
Open the waste roll locking mechanism all the way and at-
tach the strip to the waste roll post
p
.
9.
Close all roller locking mechanisms
n
.
10. Close the drawer.

NOTE
•
Replace the Transfer Ribbon with every third Bar-
code Label roll.
•
Clean and check the pressure rollers before
inserting new Barcode Label and Transfer Ribbon
Rolls.
