ESC Settings

Li-Po Battery Analyzer

The Smartbox can check the total cell number, total voltage, each cell voltage, highest voltage and lowest
voltage and the voltage difference between the highest voltage and lowest voltage.

Servo Tester

The Smartbox can check the input voltage, servo travel position and peak current of your servo.
The default servo neutral position is 1520us/100Hz and 760us/100Hz. If the testing servo is not
1520us/100Hz and 760us/100Hz, please enter CUSTOM and set the servo neutral position (range: 200-
2000us) and frequency(range: 50-200Hz) by yourself.
There are two kinds of mode “Swing Mode” and “Manual Mode” to make the servo swing and check
the servo travel position.

Swing Mode:

The Smartbox will send out a signal to make the servo swing automatically

Manual Mode:

The Smartbox allows you to change the PPM signal and check the servo’s response to the

 signal.

Input PPM Signal Monitor

The Smartbox can check the output voltage from the receiver, the receiver’s PPM signal / pulse width and
frequency.

Connect the Smartbox as
shown, turn on the ESC and
follow these steps.

Press            button to enter
different programmable items,
press            or             buttons
to browse all the options and
press            button to confi rm
your selection and then the

program menu

Connect the Smartbox and the battery as shown, monitor battery voltage as follows

Connect the Smartbox with the receiver as shown, and
turn on the ESC and the transmitter. Please note that the
Smartbox must be inserted in the Throttle Channel and
a RX powerpack or the ESC can be inserted to any free
channel of the receiver to supply power to the receiver.
When all is connected, the Smartbox will display the output
voltage from the receiver, the receiver’s frequency and the
neutral pulse position.
Hold full throttle and hold full brake to check the receiver’s
PPM signal / pulse width.
