DRC is dynamic range compression, and it is about increasing the loudness of the 

quieter parts of the audio signal, and decreasing the loudness of the louder parts. 

Some broadcasters provide this option to you.  

 

DRC 1: Max compression giving a narrower range of loudness,  

DRC 1/2: medium compression 

DRC 0: No compression applied (all loud and quiet parts intact)

 

 

 

DAB+ Station Information 

Press the 

DISPLAY

 button repeatedly to toggle various information about the 

DAB+ radio channel to be shown on the LED display.
