The bell rings
A ring tone signals an incoming call from front-
door, flat-door or an internal call.
The green LED is on.*
* does not light up on a floor call
Start a voice communication
Press the speech button shortly to accept calls.
The green LED is ON.
The green LED blinks 3 times,
if a voice communication already exists. Door re-
lease can still be realised.
Operation
Terminate the voice communication
Press the speech button again shortly ( less than
1 second ) or the blue door release button ends
the communication. Automatic termination of
voice communication after at least 2 minutes.
Ring tone mute
Press the ring tone OFF button. An incoming
call will not be signalled acoustically.
The red LED is ON.
To end ring tone mute press the ring tone OFF
button again.
The red LED is OFF.
The ringing tone cannot be switched off
on the ISW3231.
Door release
Press the blue colored door release button.
Light switching
Press the light switch button.
Additional call and switching functions can be
added to the indoor station. For more informati-
on refer to www.tcsag.de.

TIP
Should background noise affect the
communication, press the speech
button more than 1 second after
having accepted the call in order
to switch to the mode „half-duplex
communication“.
In this mode the voice
communication is controlled by the
speech button:
Hold the speech button
to talk.
Release the speech button to
listen.
