Performance faults involve the working conditions of multiple loads. Before analyzing the fault, it is necessary to confirm that the
refrigerator power supply is connected normally and the compressor works normally. System Faults must be maintained to prevent dangers
in strict accordance with the relevant operation specifications. The following table provides the main fault descriptions and troubleshooting
methods for refrigerator. The specific treatment can be flexible according to the situation.

S/N

Main fault

Judgment phenomena

Possible causes

Treatment

1

The whole machine is

not refrigerated

The surface temperatures of

compressor and condenser are

both high, and the compressor

power is high

Refrigerant leakage

Replace process pipes, check

leakage, and refill refrigerant.

The compressor has high

power and will stop

automatically a couple of

minutes after starting

Solder blockage at the high

pressure end solder joints

Judge the fault point by the

appearance of the solder joints If

it can't be determined, cut the

solder joints in reverse order in

sequence for troubleshooting

and repair

The compressor operates

constantly with low power and

no obvious heating at left and

right side panels.

The fan of the freezer

compartment is not running (the

terminal is not connected, the

fan is jammed, etc.)

Check the assembly of the

freezing fan

2

Switch in poor condition

The freezer compartment is

normally refrigerated, the

display is always on, and a

buzzer alarm is sounded

Malfunction of refrigerator

compartment door switch (poor

contact, not installed)

Troubleshoot the door light

switch

3

Poor refrigeration effect

of refrigerator

compartment

The freezer compartment is

normally refrigerated, but the

refrigerator compartment is

not refrigerated or

continuously refrigerated to

below 0 degree, with no fault

prompt

The damper of the refrigerator

compartment is jammed or not

installed by negligence, resulting

in the damper not being

normally controlled

Check the status of the

refrigerator compartment

damper
