Fix the TV to the wall or pillar

To avoid Toppling

*  Screw off the two upper VESA screws on the back of the TV.

*  Pass the two VESA screws through the two clips and then attach them to the VESA holes on the upper middle of the rear cover.

*  Pass the wall screw through the third clip and then attach them to the wall. Make sure the wall screw is attached to a stud, and properly anchored.  Do not simply screw into plaster.

*  Pass a string (commercially available) through the three clips.

*  Tie the string tightly.

*  Make sure that you use a suitable string, wire or chain that has a breaking weight that exceeds the total weight of the television.  If you are unsure, please contact

 TCL Customer Support who can assist.

*  In order to reduce harm or injury due to falls in such situations as an earthquake or accidentally knocking the TV, please conduct the following fall prevention measures.

*  Depending on the strength of the cabinet or wall where the anchoring solution is attached, the level of protection may be greatly reduced. If this is the case, please arrange adequate reinforcement.

*  Fall prevention measures described below are intended to reduce harm or injury, but do not guarantee its effectiveness against all earthquakes.

*  To avoid the TV from toppling, please fix the TV to a wall or pillar. Install the TV close to a wall to avoid falling backwards.
