I. 

Login the Multi-Download QCT_SP, then select the 4060A model:

upgrade during the power on status.

The upgrade Diag is disabling by default, press “###2324 #” in dial screen, then the pop up window will dis

play “Diag Protector OFF” which insure the COM Port can be detective by PC.    

The Diag will disable when upgrade finished.
