2. Final Assembly Alignment
2.1. Entering to “Factory Menu”
To enter into Factory Menu in case of “
Factory Hotkey
” is disabled, please to follow below
steps
:

” to display main menu,
and move the cursor to
“Contrast” in “Picture” sub-menu.

To pop-up Factory Menu in case of “

” is enabled, please follow below step

To exit “
Factory Menu
”, press “

” key on Remote Control.
To comeback to “
Factory Menu
” root when you are into a sub-menu:
- Press Remote Control “

” key.
2.2. ADC Calibration
Two inputs require an ADC calibration for the time being:
VGA
Provide a test signal
1024×768@60Hz
with
White-Black
squares
.
Select the corresponding “
Auto Color
” submenu item from “
Factory Menu
”, then press”
OK
” to
start.
CMP
Provide a test signal
720@60Hz
with
100% 8 steps Color Bar
.
Select the corresponding “
Auto Color
” submenu item from “
Factory Menu
”, then press”
OK
” to
start.
2.3. White Balance Alignment
Only
HDMI
input requires color temperature adjustment, all other inputs are relative to it. Both
Warm
and
Cool
Color Coordinate are relative to
Normal
Color Temperature mode. See appendix
p
“
CVBS/RGB/CMP/VGA Relative Matrix Offsets
” and “
WARM/COOL Relative Matrix Offsets
”.
Those offsets values don’t require any alignment but can be fine-tuned in Factory Menu as well.
Before Alignment white balance need to INIT WB.
White balance alignment should be carried out using a contact less analyzer (e.g. Minolta
CA-210). The probe may not touch the screen surface and should be keep perpendicular to the
screen surface at an angle of 90+/-2°. Measurement must be performed in a dark environment.
