I. Download the software and tool from the CSS website: https://css.tclmobile.cn/ (you can get the
latest version from this website), then unzip them;
II. Double click the download tool
“Multi-port download tool.exe”.
III. Click button

“pac” file on the pop up page, Click “OK”:
