Put all the spare parts on right position (don’t let all the spare parts mixed and put on the clean place to
avoid vitiated or stained for each spare part) after disassembly.
4) For packaging method
please refer item “APPENDIX 1 Packaging Requirements”.
4.4. Reassembly Process
Please make reference to the disassembly process for assembly reverse an order of the disassembly
steps.
Attention:
When assembling main PCBA, make sure the sub camera, mic rubber and receiver are well
installed firstly.
When assembling camera, make sure the main camera rubber is well installed firstly.
Please notice the distinction between the anode and the cathode when assembling vibrator.
When assembling furnished frame, make sure the main camera, side key FPC, TP FPC and LCD
FPC are well installed firstly.
Before assembling battery cover
, please check whether there’s any deformation or damage for the
buckles; if yes, replace it with a new battery cover.
