On the configuration card you’ll find all basic information of your system: At the front you see
the phone-no and the email adresse of the tci support. At the head of the back is stated the
serial number, which is assigned only for your system. The number below is the device- or type
number, which are identical to our internal system description. In the next line you’ll find the
breakdown of all components that are embedded into your equipment.

The right packaging is the first step for a trouble-free dispatch of a device. Use only original tci-
packaging for your returns, there includes 2 elements with protective film and an carton.
Devices which are damaged by improper packaging can be excluded from guarantee.
We suggest shipment by a haulage company, because we have the experience that the
devices become less damages.
