PRIOR TO USE
Installation
1.
Measure the actual width of the beam flange.
2.
Put the suspension plate in the middle of the axle.
3.
Check the quantity of washers and sleeves according to the chart. Assemble the required
number of washers and sleeves over the axle to the inside of the plates, so that the di-
mension between the trolley wheel flanges is at least 6 mm wider than runway beam
width. Each side is at least 3 mm; please refer to Technical data for “F” dimension.
4.
Assemble the remaining washers and sleeves on the outside of the plates and screw the
hexagon slotted nuts on the axle.
5.
Now loosen the nuts a little bit and spread the plates so that the wheels can be placed
over the runway beam. Now tighten the hexagon slotted nuts to the washers and place a
light load under the trolley to make sure all four wheels contact the runway beam. Now
tighten and lock the hexagon slotted nuts firmly against the washers.
