5. Installation & Operation 

Please refer to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, or Fig. 3 (Pg2 & Pg3) and setup guide 
below: 

1.  Connect the video output (1) to the monitor or other video device 

through a 75 ohms type coaxial cable. 

2.  Connect the power source (2) with either an AC power adapter 

or a DC jack (+12V DC is in the jack center), then the LED 
indicator (3) will light. 

3.  Once the picture appears on the monitor, open the cover (4) 

adjust the lens wrench of “WIDE

TELE” (5) to get the view 

angle that you desire, then adjust the focus wrench (6) of the 
lens to obtain the best picture. 

4.  Tighten this two wrench(5, 6) both, then put the cover (4) back.   
5.  Mount the camera on the mounting bracket by using the hole (7) 

on the top or bottom of the camera or using the enclosed 8mm 
mounting block (2 screws included). 

6.  DIP Switch (8) Setting 

 BLC 

FUNCTION  

Set switch-OFF/BLC to BLC to enable back light compensation 
(BLC) function. 

    AUTO IRIS FUNCTION 

When using an auto iris lens, the switch-AES/OFF should be 
in the OFF position to disable the AES function.   

7.  Adjust the LEVEL with the VR (9) to proper level.
