3 ASSEMBLY
1. Assemble the handle bar (1) and the main support (3) to the main
frame (2) with two bolts (5), three washers (6) and one lock nut (8).
2. Attach the end caps (9) to the handle bar (1).
3. Attach the end cap (10) to the main support (3).

4. Assemble the training equipment on the wall with six bolts (4), six
expanders (7) and six washers (6).
