Step 3: Assembly of the Pulleys and Middle Upper Post
1. Attach the three pulleys (8) to the middle upper post (1) with three bolts (16), six pulley bushings
(12), six washers (19) and three lock nuts(20).
2. Attach the middle upper post (1) to the heavy power rack and the guide rod (3) with two bolts
(17), two bolts (16), six washers (19) and two lock nuts (20).
3. Attach the two pulleys (8) to the two brackets (7) with two bolts (15), four Washers (19) and two
lock nuts (20).
