Step 5: Assembly of Back Pads
1. Assemble the upper back pad (8) and lower back pad (41) to the back pad support frame (5) by
using four screws (17) and four flat washers (18).
2. Assemble the back pad support frame (5) to the main frame (1) by using one screw (12), two flat
washers (13) and one lock nut (14).
Step 6: Assembly of Adjustable Back Pad Frame
1. Assemble the adjustable back pad frame (6) to the back pad support frame (5) by using one
screw (12), two flat washers (13) and one lock nut (14).
2. Assemble the spacer (7) to the adjustable back pad frame (6) by using one screw (12), two flat
washers (13) and one lock nut (14).
Step 7: Assembly of Foam Paddings
1. Slide the foam tube (31) into the front weight slide holder (29).
2. Place the foam paddings (32) onto each side of the foam tube (31) and secure with one end cap
(49) and one screws (33) on each side.
3. Attach the front weight slide holder (29) to the main frame (1) by using the L pin (34).
4. Now tighten all previously assembled screws and nuts.
