SelectaBell Dumbbell

Step 3:

 Alignment of the Reinforced Tube

Assemble the reinforced tube (H) to the stand bases (B1&B2) with four screws (E).

Step 4:

 Assembly of the Trays

Assemble the trays to the stand bases (B1&B2) with four screws (G). 

Step 5:

 Assembly of the Dumbbells

NOTICE

Make sure the trays are securely tightened before placing the dumbbells.

Insert the dumbbells into the trays.
