2.
Move the seat to the desired position.
3.
Release the handle.

3.
Sit on the seat with your back resting against the back pad.
4.
Grasp the handles.
5.
Slowly pull the handles upwards.
6.
Pause slightly at the end position.
7.
Slowly return to the starting position.
