3.4 Body fat test
1. When you are in the main menu, use the SPEED- or INCLINE buttons or the switches on the
handrails to select the body fat test (FAT). Confirm with the ENTER button.
2. Put your hands around the hand pulse sensors.
3. In 10 seconds the console will calculate your body fat percentage and will display the result in
form of a rating.

3.5 Bluetooth and fitness apps
1. When you are in the main menu, use the SPEED- or INCLINE buttons or the switches on the
handrails to select the bluetooth function. Confirm with the ENTER button.
2. Activate bluetooth and confirm with the ENTER button

NOTICE
This console is equipped with two Bluetooth interfaces. One is used to connect to fitness apps
like Kinomap (IRUNNING 000X). The other one connects to the speakers of the console (AUDIO
000X). Then you can play audio files from your mobile device via the console. The treadmill can
only be connected via one of the interfaces, not both at the same time.
To use training apps you will have to connect your treadmill with your mobile device (tablet or smart
phone). To do this, please activate the bluetooth function on your mobile device. Now choose your
treadmill.
Please take note that your mobile device needs to be compatible with the bluetooth interface of the
treadmill (bluetooth 4.0). Now start the fitness app. It might happen that you need to connect both
the app and the console additionally. To do this, please follow the instructions given in the app. The
console will be switched off as soon as the treadmill is connected with the app. When the connection
is cut, the console will turn on again.
