Step 4
1. Attach two Bottom Bracket ASSY (#3) to the Weight Stack Frame ASSY (#1) using:
two M10*75 SHCS (#53) four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#58)
two M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
2. Attach the 38*45*20 Plug Bumper (#33) to the Main Frame ASSY (#11) using:
one M8*35 SHCS (#49)
3. Attach the Left Arm Frame ASSY (#12) and the Right Arm Frame ASSY (#13) to the Main
Frame ASSY (#11) using:
two Φ62.5*5 Circle Ring (#42) two Φ60 Cap (#41)
two M10*25 SHCS (#50)
4. Attach three 4.5" Pulleys (#22) to the Weight Stack Frame ASSY (#1) using:
two M10*75 SHCS (#53) four Φ11*Φ30*2 Flat Washer (#58)
one Pulley Spacer (#43) two M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Note: Wrench tighten bolts and Nylon Lock Nuts.
