2.3 Assembly
Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly
in the order given.

NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Assembly of the Main Frame and Bases
1. Mount the flate base (3) along with a reinforcement plate (10) to the main frame (1) with two
screws (30), four washers (33) and two lock nuts (34).
2. Mount the bend base (2) along with a reinforcement plate (10) to the main frame (1) with two
screws (30), four washers (33) and two lock nuts (34).
3. Mount the down tube (4) to the bracket of the main frame (1) with one screw (31), two washers
(33) and one lock nut (34).
4. Insert the middle tube (5) into the down tube (4) and secure with the fast pin (35).
