Place the scale on a stable, flat surface.
Single-weighing mode:step on the scale. It will
show your weight automatically. Select the weight
unit lb/kg.
The default unit is lb always.
Multi-function mode: switch the scale by pressing
the “SET” key, input personal data as follows:
1. Once “P0”starts flashing, use the “ ”
buttons to enter the number. You can input
personal data for 10 users P0-P1-P2-P3-P4-P5-
P6-P7-P8-P9. Press “SET” to confirm the user
selection.
2. Press the “ ” buttons to set the gender, the
gender indicator will appear “ ”-for men,“ ”
for women. Confirm your gender selection by
pressing the “SET” button.
3. Input your age by pressing “ ” The range
from 10 to 100 years. Press “SET” to confirm
your age input.
