Lubrication points - Lubricate daily

Maintenance

Lubrication

Observe daily if the nuts and bolts are tightened and the conditions of the pins and 

cotter pins.

The maintenance of the gearbox should be done in the following way:
• When starting to work and everyday of the first working week, check the oil level 

through the level indications and fill up if necessary.

• Then, verify the oil level monthly.
• Clean the grease fittings and insert a sufficient amount of fresh grease. Use the table 

below to see the indicated greases for the hub of the blades.

NOTE • Do not add oil above the indicated level.

• The oil capacity of the double divider is 2 liters and 2.85 liters on the gearbox 

(RC² 2600 CL and RC² 3100 CL models).

• The oil capacity of the gearbox is 4.3 liters and 3.40 liters on the velocity 

transmission (RC² 2600 LSL model).

• Use only SAE EP 90 oil.

ATTENTION • Besides the indicated spots, 

it is necessary to lubricate 

all grease fittings.

• To lubricate the universal 

joint from the right cardan 

shaft of the RC² 2600 LSL 

model, it is necessary to lift 

the protection cover.
