Scrapers assembly
The scrapers feature an adjustment
to approach or distance them from
the disc blades, on a range from 5 to
10 mm.
NOTE
Note the fixing point of the scrapers with
the end facing the concave side of the disc
blades.
Assemble the scrapers (A) using bolts
(B) and flat washer (C), which are placed
underneath the fixation plate (D). On the top,
lock using flat washers and nuts.

Frame junction assembly

Approach the frames with disc gangs and assemble
the junction (A) with the axles (B), flat washers, spring
washers and bolts.
After joining the frames, totally tighten the nuts of
the bearing bolts, which fasten the disc gangs.
