CHANGING MODES
3.
Mode: Press the mode button once to see which mode is currently active, press again while the display is
flashing to cycle through the mode options:
Quad-zone Mode: All four zones operate independently with high speed PID loops calculating
current position based on each corresponding temperature sensor. This mode offers the highest degree of
energy efficiency and control to the delivered airflow.
Dual-zone Mode: zones 1&2, and Zones 3&4 are paired to a single PID loop each. Each pair
operates off of the highest temperature reading between the two zones. This mode is ideal for installation
beneath a DirectAire X2 or a shared Aisle design.
Single-zone Mode: All four zones 1-4 are paired together into a single PID loop that operates off
the highest value of all four sensors to determine a position. This is the most conservative control option.
Auxiliary-C Mode or Client control mode: The unit will operate based upon
the voltage applied to pins 3&4 on the Green Phoenix Connector.
The following %Open Positions correspond to given input voltages:
0V:0%;2V:11% ; 4V:33%; 6V:56%; 8V:78%; 10V:100%
