Troubleshooting & Support
Bluetooth Audio Transmitter & Receiver will not power on.
• Be sure the Bluetooth Audio Transmitter & Receiver is fully
charged.
My mobile device is unable to find the Bluetooth Audio
Transmitter & Receiver.
• Confirm the Bluetooth Audio Transmitter & Receiver is in
pairing mode.
• Remove the “Targus ACA973” from your Bluetooth device
list and pair again.
• If you still can’t find it, please restart the Bluetooth Audio
Transmitter & Receiver and Bluetooth device.
Disconnect after the Bluetooth device is successfully paired to
the Bluetooth Audio Transmitter & Receiver.
• Be sure the battery is charged.
• Be sure the Blue Audio Transmitter & Receiver is within 10m
of your Bluetooth device.
No sound after answering the call.
• Make sure that the audio device connected during the call is
the “Targus ACA973” not another audio device.
• Make sure the volume is turned up.
There is no sound when listening to music.
• Increase the volume on your Bluetooth Audio Transmitter &
Receiver or the Bluetooth device.
• Please try to disconnect and reconnect.
• Make sure the 3.5mm jack of the headset/earphone is
correctly inserted.
Bluetooth receiver will not charge.
• Confirm that the charging cable is undamaged.
• Ensure that the USB charging cable is fully seated in the
Bluetooth receiver and charger ports.
• Confirm that the USB A port is outputting power. Some USB
ports shut off when the PC is off.
