HOW TO USE CAM LOCK SYSTEM
The cam lock bolt is inserted and screwed into the respective hole on the panel. The cam lock is
inserted and secured in the hole present on the panel to be attached, with the arrow feature on
cam lock top pointing to the end of frame. The cam locks are rotated clockwise 180° to lock
parts together. The panel should be tight against each other and connection should be rigid.
STEP 1:
Insert cam lock bolts into pre-drilled holes in top panel, front and back assemblies, then tighten.
Screw-in cam lock bolts must be screwed down flush.
STEP 2:
Insert cam locks into holes in front assembly, divider and back assembly.
Make sure the arrow of cam locks are pointing towards the end of the panel.
STEP 3:
Attach front and back assemblies to divider using cam locks.
STEP 4:
Slide left and right bases into the groove.
STEP 5:
Attach bottom rail to middle leg using 20mm bolts.
Tighten bolts using allen key.
STEP 6:
Attach side assemblies to unit using 40 and 30mm bolts and 1½” pan-head screws.
Tighten bolts using allen key.
STEP 7:
Attach top panel to unit using cam locks.
STEP 8:
Attach plastic restraint to back of unit using ¾” pan-head screws.
Attach plastic restraint that has already attached to unit to wall screw and anchor (not provided).
Adjust the adjuster that has attached to the legs to stabilize your media stand.
STEP 9:
Attach hinges to doors using ½” pan-head screws.
STEP 10:
Attach handles to doors using handle bolts.
Attach doors to unit using ½” pan-head screws.
STEP 11:
Front middle screw on hinge will adjust your door to the left and right.
Back middle screw on hinge will adjust your door forward and backward.
Screw on hinge base will adjust your door up and down.
Your assembly is complete. Your unit is now ready for use.
