Feeding Schedule
This section describes how to set the following parameters :

5.5.1 Feed Blends
5.5.1.1 Selecting Blend Ingredients
Bin ingredients can be combined to create feed blends. The amount
of each ingredient of a blend is defined according to a user-defined
recipe. In all, the controller can memorize up to 8 different blends.
If the receiving hopper has a mixer, the mixer
must be enabled in the installation setup (s. 5.8.2).
Select "
2a. Blends
" from the main menu. Press the right-arrow
key. Note that this menu is only available if blends have been en-
abled during the installation (s. 5.8.2).
Use the up and down-arrow keys to select the desired blend. Press
the right-arrow key. The proportion of feed taken from each bin is
displayed.
Use the up and down-arrow keys to
select the desired bin then use the ad-
justment buttons to set the desired pro-
portion of this ingredient.
The total percentage of all ingredients of the blend
must give 100%.

5.7.2 Acknowledging an Alarm
Weighing errors alarms and empty bin alarms need to be acknowl-
edged. The controller does not operate until they are acknowl-
edged.
Select
"8. Ack Alarm"
from the main
menu using the down-arrow key.
Press the right-arrow key.
Press + to acknowledge the alarm.
