CSP Series Snow Blades
Angling the blade:
•
The attack angle of the Snow Plow should be adjusted to the current conditions. Keep in mind certain
factors will affect the angle of attack; weather conditions, type of surface clearing, depth of snow, etc.
•
The Snow Plow can be angled manually by raising the Snow Plow off the ground. Only lift the Snow Plow
high enough so that it pivots freely.
•
With the Snow Plow raised, shut off the tractor/skid loader engine, remove key and set brake. Do not allow
animals or people under the raised Snow Plow. Serious injury or death can occur.
•
Remove the hair pin from the Adjustment Pins and rotate to the desired angle, left or right, straight.
Caution:
When angling the blade, be aware of pinch points. Injury can occur from pinching or crushing.
Keep toes and feet from under the blade. The Snow Blade is heavy and may require additional help to
angle.
