Strip light does
not light up after
connecting.
• Make sure the strip light is connected to an appropriate electrical outlet.
• Check if the control box is connected correctly.
My remote control
is not working?
• Pull out the remote insulated label when using.
• The remote should be faced with the raised-out IR receiver of the control
box.
• Make sure the remote control is within effective coverage of 5m/15 feet.
• Try to replace remote battery.
• Check if the battery is in the right position, making sure the (+) side
facing up.
Can I extend
my strip light /
connect two or
more strip lights in
series?
• It is not recommended to connect the strip lights in series because of the
insufficient power. The performance of the lights will be affected a lot.
• Connect to different connectors separately.
Will the strip
light damage my
painted wall if I rip
it off?
It is possible that an adhesive strip light rips the paint off, we suggest that
you pull off the light strip slowly and carefully in case of damage, and do not
reposition the adhesive strip light if unnecessary.
