When  set  to  the  "OFF"  position, PHANTOM 

     POWER is turned off on INPUTS 1-4.When set 
     to the "ON" position,PHANTOM POWER ( 24V 
     DC) is available on INPUTS 1-4 ( mic   position 
     only).
