Daylight savings
You can set the summer and winter time for your mobile phone in this menu.
On the
Date / Time menu
, select
Daylight savings
and
[Select]
. Select 1h, 2h Summer time
or Winter time depending on the season, and validate.
Customise (PIN2)
You can configure the settings for your mobile phone via this menu. Access is protected by
means of a code (PIN2) without which you cannot access functions and settings.
Shortcuts
You can customise the settings of your phone on this menu in order to increase ease of use.
This menu enables the assignment of functions to the programmable keys. There are three
types of programmable keys:
- Programmable keys: white, yellow, green, blue and left key.
- Number keys (0-9)

In the
Settings menu
, choose the
Shortcuts
menu and
[Select]
. Select the key to be
customised and validate the selection. Select the function for this key and validate it.
Speed dialling
With the help of this menu you can assign a particular contact to every number key of the
keypad (0 to 9) in order to be able to dial the contact quickly. This contact can be selected in
the phone book or in the group list.
In order to carry out this call, you simply have to press the respective number key in the initial
screen and then the
key. In the
Shortcuts
menu select the option
Number keys
and then
[Enter]
. Select a number key between 0 and 9 that you want to assign a shortcut to and press
OK
. If a number or multi-address call is already taken, the shortcut will be written under the key
number. Alternatively, (inactive) will be displayed. When you have selected the key, select the
shortcut from the contacts in the phone book (PTP selection) and press
[OK]
.
