7. Product Performance
Consistency
The consistency of extracted lysates on the same machine and different machines (within-run
precision) is the variability of the results from well to well. The coefficient of variation of nucleic
acid extraction concentration is less than 5%. It is in the range of acceptable statistical analysis.
