ppp indicates Pan-angle, qqq indicates Tilt-angle. The values are 0~FFFh. Therefore,
360 degrees is divided into 4096 and resolution is about 0.088 degree.

This command informs the angle of current pan and tilt to the camera.

The camera will calculate position of the mask with the information.
