USER GUIDE

Temporarily unblocking a family
member

Since there will always be occasions when a family member who is
currently over their daily download limit (or outside their timeslots)
really needs access to the Internet, the ‘Blocks’ screen under the
‘ParentBox’ tab provides a way to temporarily suspend a limit and
unblock the family member (Figure 12).

1.

Log in to ParentBox (if you’re not already logged in) and
click the ‘ParentBox’ tab followed by the ‘Blocks’ tab.

2.

For any family member listed as blocked, make a choice
from the dropdown.

3.

Click SAVE CHANGES when you’re done.

The dropdown lets you choose to unblock the family member for 30
minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours.  During this time the family
member can download any amount of data.
