Ring groups
The
Ring Groups
page sets up two ring groups. If you dial an extension directly it will use the
regular ring pattern. If you dial a ring group, the extensions will use an alternate ring pattern,
and the caller ID information will indicate the call is to a ring group. This way the user can tell
whether they are being called directly or as part of a team.
Ring group 301
If you call ring group 301, extensions 111 and 112 will ring.
