CALL BACK/ CALL BRIDGE
Call back/Call Bridge

Call back and call bridge minimize long-distance and hotel telephone costs
when you are travelling.

Auto call back lets you program call back numbers before you leave. Use
it if you are travelling to few destinations, and you already know the
phone numbers where you will be staying. You can set up one auto call
back number for each telephone line.

Prompted call back
lets you program the call back number remotely each
time you arrive at a new destination. Use it if you are traveling to many
destinations, and you won't know the phone number until you arrive.
You can set up one prompted call back number for the TalkSwitch
system.
•
Call bridge lets you place a call through the TalkSwitch system from a
remote location, using your company’s long-distance savings plan.
AUTO CALL BACK
The
Call back/Call Bridge > Auto Call Back
page allows you to set up auto
call back for each telephone line. Auto call back can have a call back number,
dialing prefix, password, announcement, and optional access to call bridge.
You can set up one auto call back number for each telephone line.
Use auto call back if you are travelling to few destinations, and you already
know the phone numbers where you will be staying. Auto call back lets you
program call back numbers before you leave.
Once you are at your destination, call the telephone line, let it ring twice,
and then hang up. The TalkSwitch unit will call you back. Accept the call
back by pressing
, and then enter the password if required. You can then
use the TalkSwitch system as if you were in the office: you can place a call (if
call bridge is enabled), dial an extension, check voicemail, or configure the
system.
To configure auto call back, call the telephone line, let the auto attendant
answer, dial
