For the
WEBS-PA-2IP-12
(12VDC power option), connect the
WEBS-AMP-2
amplifier to 12VDC, 3A input (wiring:
white - positive and black - negative).
The
WEBS-CM-2
communications module requires POE, 12VDC or 24V AC/DC, 12 watts max.
The printed circuit board assembly of the
WEBS-CM-2
is inside a water-tight enclosure. To maintain this
protection, feed any wires through the water-tight cord grips prior to crimping any connectors. Tighten the cord
grips to provide a good seal. Extra cord grips are provided in place of the installed plugs if auxiliary input/outputs
are being used.
V. Programming
The
WEBS-AMP-2
amplifier volume level is preset to the maximum. For configuration of the built-in
WEBS-CM-2
module, please refer to the
WEBS Paging Modules
manual for more information.
If you are mounting the Area Paging Unit high off the ground for broadcasting over great distances,
be extremely
careful before turning the volume up
—ear protection is strongly recommended.
The Area Paging Unit is
capable of reaching sound levels well above 110dBA.
