○ ① Attach the ⑥ meter mount stay to the
DN tachometer body.
Refer to the diagram below for the assembly
of the rubber mount.
Note: Always observe the specified
torque.
Torque: 5 N-m (0.5 kgf-m)

Remove the two bolts on either side of the
lower part of the headlight unit.
○ Separate the headlight unit from the
lower part and remove the upper claw.
○ Disconnect the headlight unit
.
Remove the three ○
bolts and remove the left
and right headlight stays.
Remove one bolt from inside the headlight
case.
○○ Move the headlight case and
remove the
factory meter mounting bolts.
Note: When moving the headlight case, do not
Take care not to apply excessive force
to the harness.
Install the DN meter and meter stay using
the genuine bolts and route the meter side
harness into the meter case.
CAUTION: Always observe the
specified torque. Genuine bolts
Torque: 10 N-m (1.0 kgf-m)
○ Install the headlight case
in the reverse
order.
*The headlight units are not yet assembled.
○ Referring to the wiring connection
diagram, connect the IG coil cord to the
peach/blue cord of the ignition coil
around the right side of the vehicle
under the seat.
(2) Pass the IG coil cord through the
headlight and connect it to the harness on
the meter side, referring to the wiring
connection diagram.
Connection.
Disconnect the main switch coupler in the
headlight case and connect (3) the
tachometer s u b - c o d e COMP.
○○ Disconnect
the green cord connection
of the L indicator cord in the headlight
case
③
Connect the tachometer sub-code
COMP.
○ Check each connection
and install the
headlight unit in the reverse order.
Note: There is little extra space in the
headlight case, so use tie-wraps to
route harnesses such as sub-cords as
appropriate.
Attach the ○ minus terminal
