Leave the slide rail temporarily attached by loosening the truss-head screws on the top of the step slide rail.
(M6 x 15mm, 2 screws)

Temporarily attach the bottom of the step slide rail to the basin unit with the truss-head screws.
(M6 x 35mm, 2 screws).

Fully retract the step.
Fully retract the step by tilting up the step while lifting the slide rail.

When retracting the step, the step shim may catch, and may not go fully in.Check that the step is fully against the stopper.
・
When sliding the step, dragging the adjuster without lifting up the step may result in damage to the floor surface.When
sliding the step, ensure it is lifted up and that the casters are used.
・
If the step is installed while it is slided out, this could lead to the step rattling, poor sliding operation, and noise.
Ensure the step is installed while fully retracted.

Fully tighten the truss-head screws temporarily attached in

When tightening the screws, do so while pushing down on the upper surface of the slide rail.

Remove the step shim.

The step shim is a fixture used when installing the step.After use, ensure that the step shim is removed and stored with this
manual.If the step shim is lost, then re-installing the step after it has been removed for repairs or the like may not be possible.
